Attention all 3rd Grade Families!!

The PTO is sponsoring a free breakfast for all 3rd grade students on the mornings of PARCC testing.  Breakfast will be served between 7:30 and 8:00 am in the Gorman Fort Banks cafeteria on May 3rd-May 5th and May 10th-May13th.  Good luck to our 3rd grade students!

Family Literacy Night 2016

	“Reading Under the Stars” Thursday, April 7th, 6-7:30 pm Gorman Fort Banks School

• Wear your pajamas and enjoy a fun-filled night “Under the Stars”
• Listen to a story read by Mrs. Pearson
• Participate in grade appropriate literacy activities
• Take home a new book at the end of the night

Pre-registration is required and students must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.  Space will be limited for this event, so please return the form below by Tuesday, April 5th.

Math Game Night !

Thursday, March 24th, 6:00-7:00 P.M.

Gorman Fort Banks School Doors open at 5:45 PM Activities begin at 6:00 PM

• Come with your child to this free event and participate in fun-filled math games and activities that are appropriate for all stages of learning

• Learn activities that will help improve math skills, reinforce critical areas as they move to the next grade and challenge the advanced learner
• Gain strategies to assist your child with important math concepts at home
• Take home ideas for summer math activities to help get ready for next year
• Activities will be grade specific and run by Gorman Fort Banks teachers
• No previous math experience necessary for participation

Preregistration is mandatory as enrollment is limited for this event. Deadline to register is Friday, March 18th. Please email fortbbankspto@gmail.com or ask your child's teacher for more information.
